We fight denials, hearings, and appeals
Most disability claims are won on appeal — not on the first try. Here's how we help at every stage, with no fee unless we win.
Social Security Disability (SSD/SSDI)
If you've worked, paid into Social Security, and can no longer hold a job because of a serious illness or injury, you've earned the right to disability benefits. When the government says no, we step in.
Ask about your disability denials- Initial applications and denied SSDI claims
- Building the medical evidence your case needs
- Disabled adult children and survivors' claims
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
SSI helps people with limited income and resources who are disabled, blind, or 65 and older. The rules are strict and denials are common — we know how to get them overturned.
Ask about your ssi denials- Denied SSI applications and appeals
- Income and resource eligibility questions
- Concurrent SSDI + SSI claims
Hearings & Appeals
Most disability claims are won on appeal, not on the first try. We handle every stage — reconsideration, the hearing before an Administrative Law Judge, the Appeals Council, and federal court.
Ask about your hearings & appeals- Request for reconsideration after a denial
- Full preparation and representation at your ALJ hearing
- Appeals Council review and federal court appeals
Four stages — we handle every one
A denial is the start of the process, not the end. Here's the road, so you always know where your case stands.
Reconsideration
A fresh review of your file by Social Security. We strengthen the record and respond to why you were denied.
Hearing before a judge
The stage where representation matters most. We prepare you and your evidence for the Administrative Law Judge.
Appeals Council
If the judge denies you, we ask the Appeals Council to review legal or procedural errors in the decision.
Federal court
When necessary, we take your case to federal district court to challenge an unlawful denial.
Deadlines are tight — usually 60 days to appeal a denial. If you’ve just been denied, contact us right away so we can protect your rights.
No fee unless you win
You never pay out of pocket. Our fee comes only from past-due benefits we recover, it’s capped by federal law, and there’s no fee at all unless your claim succeeds. Consultations are always free.
